A : Of course can . Tell me what design you want to look , if your own design, we need 5-7 days for production . We can send you the design sketch before production for free .
Q3 : Can I select the designs from your collection ?
A : Yes . You can select the designs from Ali shop , or contact us for more .
Q4 : What kind of package do you use ?
A : Polybag , paper sleeve , gift box or other your own design package .
Q5 : What is your way of transportation ? How long will it take ?
A : We use express mostly , but by air or by sea also accepted . The RTS products time is about 1-2 days , so about 5-7 days to your side .Custom design bulk production time is about 30 days , about 35-40 days to your side after makeing the order .

A: As one of our main business principle, we accept either agreed discount or replacement of the wrong goods or even goods return if we make the mistake. Kindly feel free to raise the issue 30 days after receipt.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A: We offer different lead time of produciton due to different status or characters of the fabrics: For any fabric that is in inventory, we offer 40 days or more due to order qty.; For any custom weave of the fabrics if it is needed, we can offer lead time starting from 65 days and all will depend.
Q: When is your convenient time for buyer to contact?
A: We do have 24 hours responding to you but our professoinal manager will be only on line for about 18 hours, kindly better leave message from 12:00 to 06:00 AM our local time and we will take care of it shortly.
