A: Yes! Just send your design and we will give you professional suggestions as how to amend it to make all details legible.

Q: What if I don’t have a design?

A: Please email your ideas, descriptions or sketch. Our artist will help you create the design.

Q: Can you duplicate the tie, bow tie, pocket square and scarf made elsewhere before?

A: Yes! Please email the actual picture of the existing necktie, bow tie, pocket square and scarf.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Normally MOQ is 50pcs. But we can accept lower quantity to meet customer’s needs.

Q: What is the size for tie, bow tie, pocket square and scarf?

A: The most popular size should be as below. While different size can be done according to your request.

Tie – Length 148CM and Width 8CM

Bow Tie – Pre-tied 12x6CM or Self Tie 100x6.5CM 

Pocket Square – 33x33CM

Scarf – 90x90CM

A: They can be 100% silk, silk blend, 100% microfiber, 100% cotton, 100% linen.

Q: Can you do customized packaging?

A: Yes. We can make drawer box or envelope with your own logo and color combinations.

Q: How do you match my colors?

A: Just send your art or PMS color codes, we will match it with our yarn colors. Please note that the colors may vary slightly in person due to the monitors differences and scanning effects.

Q: What file format of design should I send to you?

A: JPG, AI, PDF are preferred. As long as details are legible, any format is fine.

Q: How do I pay for my tie, bow tie, pocket square and scarf?

A: You may pay by credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer or Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Q: How do you ship my tie, bow tie, pocket square and scarf?

A: We ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Fast service only takes 2~3 days worldwide.
