Q1. When can I get the quotation?

A1: We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

Q2. What’s the payment term? 

A2: T/T, L/C are acceptable. So just let us know which is easy for you. 

Q3. What’s the leading time and shipping way? 

A3: a. It is based on order quantity. We will confirm details with customers before place order. It will be within 35 days after

sample approval. 

b. We can ship goods by Air, Express, Sea, Train or other way as you require. 

Q4. How to Place an Order? 

A4: Pls send Purchase Order to us by email or trademanger after confiming the design. We will send Proforma Invoice for your confirming. 

Q5. Can I add my logo on the product? 

A5: Yes, we can add your logo on the product. 

Q6. Can you make my designs? 

A6: Yes, OEM is welcome. Pls feel free to send us pictures or your samples.
